Strathmore

WHEM, formerly as Heindel & Noyes, provides stormwater and groundwater consulting to the Strathmore Homeowners Association, which is comprised of 192 houses and condos on over 77 acres. H&N developed a HydroCAD model that is still used by WHEM. Recently, in 2013, WHEM provided consultation to Strathmore for an evaluation of potential stormwater impacts from a neighboring 22-unit residential development, and in 2014 for a proposed neighboring 2.5 MW solar farm. WHEM is also working with an engineering firm to facilitate improvements to the stormwater collection and treatment system.
