WHEM routinely provides clients with environmental due diligence support by conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). If contamination is discovered, we are able to support you through the corrective action process and remediate the property. If redevelopment of a blighted property is the goal, we have a strong record with Brownfields, as we are on the pre-approved consultant shortlists for the State of Vermont and five different regional planning commissions across the state.
